Real estate has been in my blood since day one. Growing up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, I watched my parents build and manage their own rental portfolio—sparking a lifelong passion for property investing. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve worked across nearly every facet of the industry: leasing, property management, brokerage, and investment strategy. While attending the University of Alabama, I got my start as a leasing agent at a large student housing property where I lived during college. I quickly became one of the top agents, which led to a full-time role in Baton Rouge, LA. During this time, I also earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from American University, sharpening my ability to connect with clients and market properties with clarity and impact. Next, I moved to Athens, GA, where I expanded my expertise in property management, client relations, and brokerage while working as a Property Manager and Sales Agent with CollegeTown Properties. From there, I joined Caliber Living in Atlanta, where I led leasing and marketing operations, developed an innovative student housing sales training program (The Agoge), doubled the company’s third-party management portfolio, and provided brokerage services as Vice President of Leasing & Client Relations. Now, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned home—to the intown neighborhoods of Atlanta. Boutique Properties was born from my belief that investing in real estate and renting a home should feel personal, professional, and rooted in connection. My goal is to provide a full suite of real estate services—including brokerage, leasing, property management, and a local rental marketplace—designed to help both investors and renters navigate the market with confidence.
